All staff are prepared and trained to handle any health and safety concerns that may present itself.
All staff are CPR, First Aid and Medication Administration certified. Most staff are working towards an Early Childhood degree.
Keeping Your Child Safe
First Responders
Alarms within the facility are connected to Hamden Fire Department. Carbon monoxide detectors are installed throughout the facility. Sunshine Preschool also keeps a close relationship with Hamden Police Department.
Security System
Cameras are installed on the front porch of the building to ensure a secure and safe environment for your child. A monitor stationed inside the front foyer allows staff to see who is outside the facility before letting them inside the building.
